藿香正气丸联合抗生素在急性胃肠炎临床治疗的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of Huoxiang Zhengqi pill combined with antibiotics for clinical treatment of acute gastroenteritis

目的分析藿香正气丸联合抗生素在急性胃肠炎临床治疗中的应用价值。方法 59例急性胃肠炎患者作为本次研究对象,通过动态化随机单双号分组方法将患者分为观察组(29例)和对照组(30例)。对照组给予抗生素治疗,观察组给予藿香正气丸联合抗生素治疗,对比两组患者临床症状改善时间、治疗效果、生活质量评分。结果观察组患者腹痛、腹泻、呕吐、发热改善时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.55%,明显高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量评分为(94.41±2.30)分,明显高于对照组的(81.32±5.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论藿香正气丸联合抗生素在急性胃肠炎具有一定的应用效果,可有效改善患者临床症状,稳定病情,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of Huoxiang Zhengqi pill combined with antibiotics for clinical treatment of acute gastroenteritis. Methods A total of 59 acute gastroenteritis patients as study subjects were divided by dynamic random single and double grouping method into observation group（29 cases） and control group（30 cases）. The control group was treated with antibiotics, and the observation group was treated with Huoxiang Zhengqi pill combined with antibiotics. Comparison were made on clinical symptom improvement time, treatment effect and quality of life score between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously shorter improvement time of abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting and fever than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 96.55% than 63.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously higher quality of life score as（94.41±2.30） points than（81.32±5.56） points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Huoxiang Zhengqi pill and antibiotics shows certain application effect in treating acute gastroenteritis, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and stabilize the condition of the patients. It is worthy of application.
