摘要
目前随着自动化技术的不断发展,轧机控制已经实现了自动化,但由于生产精度要求的提升,传统的控制方法已经不能满足当前的轧机使用需求,在轧机工作过程中会伴随着扭振问题,严重影响了轧机稳定也会缩短轧机使用寿命。而轧机控制系统中BP神经网络的引入可以有效提升控制工作效果,减少扭振现象的发生,近年来也得到了广泛的应用。
At present,with the continuous development of automation technology,rolling mill control have been automated,but due to the production of precision requirements increase,the traditional control methods can not meet the current demand in the rolling mill,rolling mill working process will be accompanied by the torsional vibration problems,has seriously affected the stability of mill will shorten the service life of rolling mill.The introduction of BP neural network in rolling mill control system can effectively improve the control effect and reduce the occurrence of torsional vibration,and has also been widely applied in recent years.
