摘要
阐述了河南某金矿尾矿资源状况。采用化学疏松的方法代替传统的制粒方法可解决矿堆的渗透问题,使堆浸工艺用于该金矿浮选尾矿资源开发利用;投资60万元可建立10万吨/年的尾矿堆浸场,获取利润11.02元/吨,临界品位可降低在0.3g/t以下。堆浸工艺作为尾矿资源二次开发利用的有效手段可大范围推广应用。
The status of the tailings resources of a gold mine in Henan is described.Method of granulating method using chemical loose instead of traditional can solve the penetration problem of ore heap,the heap leaching process for the development and utilization of gold flotation tailings resources;investment 600 thousand yuan building 100 thousand tons/year of tailings heap leaching field,profit 11.02 yuan/ton,the critical grade can be reduced below 0.3 g/t.The heap leaching process,as an effective means for the two exploitation and utilization of tailings resources,can be widely spread and applied in a wide range.
