本文通过阐述分析电锌氧压浸出新工艺中附属硫磺生产系统主要生产设备,浮选槽设备的现状问题,提出传统防腐工艺及材料应用的弊端,探讨研究硫磺浮选槽防腐工程优化设计改造方案,从改造的充分必要性、施工的难易程度、经济可行性等方面予以叙述,并进行了实践应用,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

This paper describes the analysis of electric zinc oxygen pressure leaching process attached to sulfur production systems of main production equipment,equipment status of the flotation tank,the drawbacks of the traditional anticorrosion technology and material application,study on sulfur flotation tank anticorrosion engineering optimization design scheme to be fully discussed from the necessity and difficulty of construction transformation the degree of economic feasibility,etc.,and the practical application,and achieved good economic and social benefits.
