摘要
沿古康西瓦洋在塔什库尔干县城至麻扎达坂一带的志留系下统温泉沟群A组(S1Wa)普遍存在一套变质的基性的火山-火山碎屑岩(角闪岩和绿片岩)和占较大比例的大理岩,在较多地段发现磁、菱铁矿,并在和什各热地铁矿及其北西和南东的延伸带上,该类铁矿的断续延长可达十余千米,极具找矿前景。
