尾矿库的管理与设计要严格按照国家有关部门和设计院的要求执行,切不可贪图眼前利益为日后发生事故埋下隐患甚至造成不可弥补的损失。笔者的目的是想让大家通过这一整改案例吸取教训,而不是通过这一案例让人们总结经验。虽然从整改方案实施后并未再发生事故,但从严格意义角度讲这项整改方案是不成功的。

The management and design of tailings ponds should be strictly carried out in accordance with the requirements of relevant state departments and design institutes,and must not seek immediate benefits to lay hidden dangers or even cause irreparable damages to future accidents.The author's intention is to let everyone learn lessons through this rectification case,not through this case let people sum up experience.Although no accident occurred after the implementation of the rectification plan,the rectification plan was unsuccessful from a strict sense of perspective.
