摘要
通过氯化钠盐雾腐蚀试验,研究了铜合金及其复合材料在氯化钠盐雾中的腐蚀行为,在实验中采取铜-铜之间、铝-铝及铜-铝三种链接方式对其中合金的性能进行探究,实验结果表明,铜合金的主要腐蚀产物为CuCl_2·2H_2O,其它两种腐蚀产物依次为CuCl和CuZn。铜合金的应用极大的提高了金属导体连接截面的稳定性。
By NaCl salt spray corrosion test of copper alloy and its composite material in corrosion behavior of sodium chloride salt fog,adopt copper copper-aluminum-aluminum and copper,aluminum three links in the experiment to explore the properties of the alloy.The experimental results show that the main corrosion products of copper alloy is CuCl_2.2H_2O,the other two kinds of corrosion products were CuCl and CuZn.The application of copper alloy greatly improves the stability of the cross section of the metal conductor.
