摘要
目前BIM应用正处于初级阶段,为了对其应用效果进行量化处理,弱化评价的模糊性和随机性,依据项目在BIM平台下的施工质量协同控制特点,建立相应的评价指标体系,结合熵值法和OWA算子确定指标组合权重,提出了基于云模型的BIM项目质量协同管理绩效评价方法 .最后,结合案例,算出项目质量标准云与综合评价云的相似度,结果表明该项目的质量绩效等级为优.
The application of BIM is in the primary stage,in order to quantify the effect of the application,and to weaken the fuzziness and randomness of the evaluation,the quality performance evaluation method of BIM project cooperative management based on cloud model is proposed,in the light of the feature of the construction quality coordination control under the BIM platform.Here,the evaluation index system is developed,and OWA operator and entropy value are used to get the comprehensive weight of the index.Finally,combined with case studies,we get the resemblance between performance evaluation standard cloud and project comprehensive cloud,and the results show that the quality performance level of this project is excellent.
