摘要
尾管钻井能够有效解决窄钻井边界、缩颈、漏失和井壁不稳定等钻井问题,减少钻井时间和降低作业成本,特别适用于深水和衰竭油气藏钻井。介绍和分析了国外尾管钻井技术的发展现状,包括Weatherford公司的钻头可钻式尾管钻井系统、Tesco公司的重复悬挂可回收式钻井系统和Baker Hughes公司的旋转导向尾管钻井系统,阐述了这些尾管钻井系统的结构、工作原理、性能特点和现场应用情况,同时概述了我国尾管钻井技术的研究现状,探讨了尾管钻井技术在我国的发展方向和应用前景。
Liner drilling can effectively address the drilling problems such as narrow drilling boundary, tight hole, well loss and wellbore instability, and reduce drilling time and operating cost, which is especially suitable for deepwater drilling and depleted reservoirs drilling. The status of the development of the overseas liner drilling tech-nologies has been introduced and analyzed, including the Weatherford9 s liner drilling system with drillable drill bit, Tesco9 s repeatable hanged retractable drilling system and Baker Hughes rotary steerable liner drilling system. The structure, working principle, performance characteristics and field applications of those liner drilling systems have been described. The research status of the domestic liner drilling technology has been summarized, and the development direction and application prospect of the domestic liner drilling technology have been discussed.
