本文全面梳理了基层央行在落实稳健中性货币政策、推进金融稳定改革工作、提高外汇管理与服务效能、提升金融管理与服务水平以及深入推进全面从严治党等方面的实践经验;同时通过深入学习习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,党的十九大、中央经济工作会议、全国金融工作会议精神,结合对当前经济金融形势的分析,本文详细阐述了新的一年基层央行高效履行职责的基本方向、总体方向、具体措施,尤其加入了对如何继续加强和改善全省系统内党的建设的深度思考;最后提出了坚定信心、开拓创新、扎实工作,高效履行基层央行职责,服务地区振兴发展的工作要求。
