摘要
随着经济发展和人民生活质量提高,支付业务需求日益现代化,支付服务的要求越来越高,安全、高效、便捷和服务价格的优惠成为不同群体竞相追逐的目标。因此,从行为经济学的角度对支付系统客户行为与心理需求进行研究,探讨、发掘支付系统客户行为特点及其需求,有利于进一步完善支付系统功能,创新支付系统业务,更好地方便群众生产生活,促进经济社会和谐发展。
Along with the development of economy and the improvement of people's quality of life, payment demand is increasingly higher and higher to the social modernization, payment and settlement services are required more and more, safe, efficient and convenient services and preferential prices has become the goal pursued by different groups. Therefore, the investigation and Research on the behavior of the main business and demand of payment system is very necessary, through this we can explore and discover customer behavior characteristics and end-user demand, and both they are conducive to further improve the payment system and its business innovation, as well as to better facilitate mass production and life, promote the harmonious development of economy and society.
