Cooperation and Competition between Foreign Banks and Commercial Banks in China

随着经济全球化的发展,外资银行为加快资本扩张,纷纷进入中国抢占市场份额。外资银行的进入对中国银行业产生了冲击与挑战的同时,也加快了中国银行业的改革步伐。本文分三部分对观点进行阐述并论证。第一部分介绍了外资银行进入中国的背景以及它在中国的经营现状;第二部分阐述了外资银行进入中国后商业银行所面临的挑战与机遇并存的态势;第三部分对外资银行与中国商业银行的合作竞争关系走向进行预测分析,意在说明在新形势下中国银行业只有通过提高自身的核心竞争力,才能更快走向国际金融市场。

With the development of economic globalization, foreign banks have entered China to seize market share in order to accelerate the expansion of capital. The entry of foreign banks has produced a shock and challenge to the Chinese banking industry, and also accelerated the reform of China＇s banking industry. This article is divided into three parts to explain and demonstrate the point of view. The frst part is the introduction of foreign banks into Chinese background and operating status in Chinese; the second part expounds the challenges and opportunities faced by commercial banks after the entry of foreign banks China coexisting situation; the third part to analyze the relationship of co-operation and competition between foreign banks and commercial banks Chinese, intended to explain in the new situation China banks only by improving their core competitiveness, can quickly move to the international financial market.
