摘要
某1 000 k V特高压电抗器投运后出现乙炔且乙炔含量数次激增,最高值达到19.1μL/L。为实时监测该电抗器异常情况,加装了振动监测装置,在设备箱体上布设了振动位移、速度和加速度传感器。分析认为,在乙炔增长期,电抗器内部存在一个非铁心振动引起的振源,位于X柱铁心接地引下线侧。经吊罩解体发现,该电抗器X柱地屏的接地引下线侧存在明显放电烧蚀现象,与振动监测的分析结论吻合,验证了振动监测方法在电力设备缺陷分析诊断中的有效性。
Acetylene appeared and sharply increased in the 1 000 k V ultra-high voltage reactor after operation, and the highest acetylene content reached to 19.1 μL/L. In order to monitor the abnormal state of the reactor in real-time, a vibration monitoring device was installed with vibration displacement, speed and acceleration sensors attached on the equipment shell. It is concluded that there is a non-core vibration source on the ground wire side of the X-pillar iron core during the acetylene growth period. The disintegration results show that there is a significant phenomenon of discharge ablation on the grounded wire side of the X pillar ground-shield, which is in agreement with the analysis of vibration monitoring. It is proved that the vibration monitoring method is effective in the analysis and diagnosis of electrical equipment defects.
