The Research on the Multiracial Scholars in the Book Named Shu Shan Ji and Its Cultural Tendencies

《述善集》是元代濮阳西夏遗民唐兀崇喜邀请师友为本家族所作的诗文集,作者群涉及官员、学者和乡村作家,形成了以崇喜为中心的"《述善集》多族士人圈"。活跃于京师的文学大家将维护道统以复古作为己任,体现了元末主流文化的走势。乡村作家对主流文坛的补充和映衬,使元代文学呈现出更加丰满的样貌。

Shu Shan Ji is a collection of poems and essays for the Xixia adherents Tangut Chong Xi's families written by their teachers and friends. The group of the authors included officers,scholars and some country writers. They all formed a circle of the multiracial scholars around Chong Xi. The great litterateurs regarded defending the feudal morals as their responsibility. This is the main ciltural tendency in the late Yuan Dynasty. At the meantime,the culture of the Yuan Dynasty became much more plentiful because of the supplement and reflection by the country writers.
