校企文化融合下的现代学徒制研究——以常州轻工职业技术学院为例

Study on Modern Apprenticeship System under the Combination of School and Enterprise Culture:Take Changzhou Institute of Light Industry Technology as an Example

校企文化深度融合对现代学徒制的实施有着重要的助推作用,既促进现代学徒制人才培养氛围的养成,也为现代学徒制的发展注入动力。通过对现代学徒制相关概念进行界定,分析校企文化融合对现代学徒制的助推意义和现代学徒制在实践中的困境,提出校企文化融合下三种现代学徒制的实践模式。

The deep integration of school-enterprise culture has an important boost to the implementation of modern apprenticeship system,which not only promotes the cultivation of atmosphere of modern apprenticeship,but also enhances the development of modern apprenticeship system. By defining the related concepts of modern apprenticeship,this paper analyzes the significance of the convergence of school-enterprise culture to the modern apprenticeship and the difficulties of modern apprenticeship system in practice,and puts forward three modes of modern apprenticeship system under the integration of school-enterprise culture.
