现代大学制度视域下民办高职院校管理效率提升研究——以无锡南洋职业技术学院改革与实践为例

Study on Enhancing Management Efficiency of Private Higher Vocational Colleges under the Modern University System: Take Wuxi South Ocean College Reform and Practice as an Example

伴随着教育领域各项改革的稳步推进,民办高职院校内部管理也将向纵深进行。构建现代大学制度将是包括民办高职教育在内的高等教育改革进入"深水区"的反映。在此视域下,对民办高职院校管理效率提升的重要意义进行了研究,分析了当前影响民办高职院校管理效率提升的主要因素,从无锡南洋职业技术学院改革与实践出发,提出了民办高职院校管理效率提升的路径。

With the steady progress of reform in the field of education,the internal management of private higher vocational colleges will be carried out in depth. The establishment of the modern university system will be the reflection of the reform of education,including education,the private higher vocational education,into the " deep water zone". The paper studies the importance of enhancing management efficiency of private higher vocational colleges,analyzes the main factors influencing the private higher vocational colleges management efficiency,and puts forward management efficiency enhancing path by taking Wuxi South Ocean College as an example.
