Direction and Path of Deepening the Reform of Communist Youth League in Higher Vocational Colleges

立足高职院校实际,在分析高职院校共青团深化改革的重要性和改革现状基础上,对高职院校共青团深化改革的方向和路径进行了研究,提出了创新高职院校共青团工作的方式方法、改革和完善团干部选用培养的制度、改革和强化保障支持制度等主要措施,使高职院校共青团更好地服务青年大学生成长成才。

Rooted on the actual fact of higher vocational colleges,based on the analysis of the importance of deepening the reform of the Communist Youth League reform and the current situation,this paper studies the direction and path of deepening the reform of higher vocational colleges Communist Youth League. It also puts forward some strategies on the innovation of higher vocational college Communist Youth League work methods,reform and improvement of the Young League cadres training system and the strengthening of the reform of the ministry of security support system. These main measures are to make the Communist Youth League of the higher vocational colleges better serve the college students' growth.
