摘要
大一新生入校后,面对新的学习、生活和人际环境,容易出现各种不适应。通过前测选取适应水平同质性高的两个班级,分别作为实验组和对照组,并对实验组进行了5次团体辅导。实验结果表明:实验组在人际关系和独立生活这两个维度上的差异极其显著,在学习方法维度上差异显著,在职业目标和资源利用这两个维度上存在差异。由此可见,团体辅导能在一定程度上提高新生的适应能力,引导新生形成较为成熟的心理防御机制,帮助其较快地适应大学生活。
After the freshman entering the college,they will face different environment,all sorts of maladjustment ensued. An experimental group and a control group were selected for the study,and the group counselling was conducted for 5 times. The experiment group improved significantly in factions of career objective adaptation and resource utilization adaptation,much significantly in factors of studying adaptation,extremely significantly in factors of human relationship adaptation and independent life adaptation. The results show that group counseling does well to an extent in promoting the adaptability of freshman,guiding freshmen to form a more mature psychological defense mechanism to help them quickly adapt to college life.
