摘要
南京工程学院是国内第一批CDIO工程教育模式试点高校。在"学以致用"办学理念的指导下,学校在人才培养、一体化课程建设、产学合作实验室共建等方面展开了一系列的探索,而这些探索的成效则主要取决于与CDIO工程教育模式相配套的师资队伍。针对南京工程学院工科类教师进行了问卷调查,并在此基础上分析了师资结构现状,指出工科类教师专业实践能力的不足,并提出提升的建议。
Nanjing Institute of Technology is the first domestic CDIO engineering education model pilot university. Under the guidance of " Learn in order to practice" educational philosophy,the school has launched a series of exploration in talents cultivation,integration of curriculum development,industry cooperation laboratory and other aspects. These exploration results are mainly dependent on the teachers match with CDIO engineering education model. Aiming the engineering teachers,the paper conducts a survey and analyses the current situation on the structure of teaching faculty,points out the deficiencies of engineering teachers' professional practice ability and provides recommendations for improvement.
