石蜡加氢精制装置扩能瓶颈问题分析和改进措施

Bottleneck problem analysis of paraffin hydrogenation unit capacity expansion and improvement measures

某石化公司炼油厂石蜡加氢精制装置生产能力不足,石蜡总产量仅68.53%被加工成半精炼石蜡,剩余石蜡做为低价的粗石蜡出售,严重影响了石蜡的经济效益。在石蜡加氢装置现有的设备设施基础上,从生产运行状况对装置进行分析,找出了装置高负荷运行条件下的生产瓶颈问题。对装置进行了改造,达到了提高装置负荷的目的,提高了半精炼石蜡的生产能力。

The production capacity of the paraffin hydrorefining unit of the refinery of a petrochemical company is insufficient,only 68.53% of paraffin in total capacity was processed into semi-refined paraffin wax, the remained paraffin was sold as low pricecrude paraffin, and this severely affected the economic benefit of paraffin. Based on the existing equipment and facilities of theparaffin hydrogenation unit, analysis was made to the unit from production operation situation, the production bottleneck problemunder the condition of high load operation of the unit was found out. Renovation was made to the unit, the purpose of improving theload of the unit was realized, and the production capacity of semi-refined paraffin wax was increased.
