摘要
催化重整装置循环氢压缩机J203在装置开工过程中,由于润滑油路短路、油压联锁保护设计不合理等原因,造成压缩机轴承损坏。文中对油路出口阀门在未开启状态下润滑油流程走向、润滑油压联锁设计缺陷、轴承损坏机理进行了分析。通过改变油压联锁取压位置、油路安装自力式压力调节阀、增加润滑油压力联锁变送器的方法,对压缩机轴承润滑系统进行改造,收到了良好的效果。
During startup of the circulating compressor J203 of catalytic cracking unit, the causes such as lubricating oil passageshortcircuit and unreasonable oil pressure interlock protection design caused the compressor bearing. This paper made analysis tooil routing under the condition of oil passage exit valve being not opened, design defects of lubricating oil interlock design existedand bearing damage mechanism. By changing oil interlock pressure sensing position, installing self-regulating valve, addinglubrication oil pressure interlock transformer, and making modification to compressor bearing lubricating system, good effects wereobtained.
