摘要
陕西延长石油有限责任公司榆林炼油厂针对装置工艺加热炉NO_x不能满足GB31570-2015排放标准的状况,通过多次组织技术交流和外出实地考察,对炼油厂内的5000 kt/a常压、1000 kt/a连续重整工艺加热炉所使用的燃烧器进行技术改造,改造后加热炉烟气满足排放标准,燃烧稳定。
Aiming at the situation that the process heating furnace NO_xof the units was not able to satisfy the GB31570-2015 emission standard, Yulin Oil Refinery of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum(Group) Co. Ltd. organized several times of technicalexchanges, and then made technical renovation to the burners used in the 5000 kt/a atmospheric distillation unit and 1000 kt/acontinuous reforming unit in the refinery. After renovation, the heating furnace flue gas meets the emission standard, and theburning is stable.
