摘要 钢丝绳在工业生产和日常生活中具有重要作用,其失效机理研究已得到国内外科学技术工作者的广泛关注。因此,综述了钢丝绳微动磨损与微动疲劳理论模型建立、相关试验和腐蚀等方面的研究进展和发展现状,阐述了钢丝绳失效机理在其寿命预测中的作用。现有研究结果表明,钢丝绳主要失效机理为微动磨损、微动疲劳和腐蚀,并对其分别进行了理论分析及实验研究。此外,综合分析三种失效机理之间的相互耦合作用,更科学地预测钢丝绳使用寿命,将会成为未来的研究方向之一。 Steel wire rope plays an important role in industrial production and daily life, and its failure mechanism research has been widely concerned by scientists and engineering technicians at home and abroad. In this paper, the research progress and development status of the theory of micro - wear and fretting fatigue of wire rope, the related test and corrosion were reviewed. The role of wire rope failure mechanism in its life prediction was expounded. These results indicated that the main failure mechanism of wire rope was fretting wear, fretting fatigue and corrosion, and the theoretical analysis and experimental study on the failure of wire rope caused by each reason were carried out respectively. And the comprehensive analysis of the three mechanisms of failure between the coupling effect, and thus more scientific prediction of the service life of wire rope will also become one of the future research direction.
