四自由度搬砖机械装置受力分析

摘要 承重螺栓是四自由度搬砖机械装置主要的承载部件,利用解析法分析螺栓受轴向载荷时只考虑螺栓螺纹处的断裂问题,没有考虑螺栓根部的断裂问题。以有限元法为基础,在保证螺纹处不被拉断的前提下,着重分析螺栓根部的断裂问题,根据分析结果,改进螺栓根部结构,通过结构改进,螺栓根部强度提高36.3%,同时,提出螺纹部分结构设计的合理建议。以上研究为搬砖机械装置承重部件(螺栓)的设计提供一定的理论依据。 The load-bearing bolt is the main load-bearing part of the four degree of freedom brick moving mechanism. When the bolt is subjected to axial load, the fracture problem is considered only by considering the axial load, and the fracture problem of the bolt root is not considered. Based on finite element method, under the premise of ensuring the threads not being pulled off, focuses on the analysis of fracture problems of bolt root, according to the analysis results, improving the bolt root structure, through the improvement of the structure, the bolt root strength increased by 36.3%, at the same time, put forward reasonable proposals of the structural design of thread. The above research provides a theoretical basis for load-bearing component(bolt) design of brick-moving machine.
