摘要
根据企业生产的实际需求,设计了一台齿轮淬火机床全自动上料机,主要介绍齿轮淬火机床全自动上料机控制系统设计,控制系统采用PLC为控制核心,触摸屏做人机交互设计。分析了上料机的结构、控制过程,详细介绍了控制系统的硬件设计、器件选型、控制程序设计、触摸屏画面的构建。控制系统稳定可靠、经济性高,能够满足企业的实际需求。并且上料机已经开始量产,在企业中得到应用。
According to the actual demand of production, a gear quenching machine automatic feeding machine is designed. The control system design of gear quenching machine full automatic feeding machine is mainly introduced. The control system adopts PLC as the core of control, and touchscreen as man-machine interaction design. The structure and control process of the feeder are analyzed. The hardware design, device selection, control program design and touch screen screen construction are introduced in detail. The control system is stable, reliable and economical, and can meet the actual needs of the enterprise. And the feeding machine has begun to measure production and is applied in the enterprise.
