摘要
文章主要介绍利用三轴数控铣床对圆规螺旋槽进行加工的技术,具体操作为利用万能的分度头和X轴挂轮对工件进行加工,使工件在加工过程中以X轴为中心旋转,最后完成对圆规螺旋槽高精度的加工。这项技术在实践过程中因效果显著得到了广泛应用,是一项对机械加工企业经济效益高、可操作性强的一种加工技术。
This paper mainly introduces the process of a spiral groove using three axis CNC milling machine technology, the specific operation is hanging wheel machining using head indexing universal and X axis of the workpiece in machining process on X axis, finally complete the processing of high precision spiral groove compasses, this one the technology in the process of practice because of its obvious effect has been widely used, is a processing technology of a mechanical processing enterprises with higher economic benefit and operable.
