摘要
面对我国汽车工业的巨大市场需求,龙口蓝牙数控装备有限公司研发了一款快节奏、高效率的汽车刹车盘自动加工生产线。该自动线主要由一台双路径正倒立车和一台钻削中心及工件传输机械手组成,其控制要点包括正倒立车两路径并行加工、卡盘动态对接以及机械手和两台机床协调动作等。本文简述该自动线及其控制要点。
Faced with the huge market demand of China’s automobile industry, Longkou Bluetooth CNC Equipment Co., Ltd. has developed a fast-paced and highly efficient automatic production line for automobile brake discs. The automatic line mainly consists of a dual path upside down car, a drilling center and a workpiece transfer robot. The main points of control include parallel processing of two wheels of an upside down car, dynamic docking of the chucks and coordinated actions of the manipulator and the two lathes. This article briefly describes the automatic line and its control points.
