摘要
传统的装配线工艺规划中工艺信息管理离散,局限于二维图纸,效率较低。基于Tecnomatix软件平台,建立装配线模型,完成装配线三维布局,对机器人关键工位进行动作规划、可达性分析和干涉性分析,验证了工艺方案的可行性,避免了现场布局和机器人调试出错后重新布局的问题。
Traditional assembly line process panning is inefficient since process information management is discrete and limited to 2D drawings. An assembly line model including 3D layout is established based on Tecnomatix software. For the complex station with industrial robot, the action planning, reachability and interference analysis are illustrated to avoid error of layout and robot debugging in plant.
