机床夹具设计改进思路分析

在机械制造业中,机床夹具的使用范围很广,机床夹具与机床、刀具、工件等部分共同组成机械制造的工艺系统,根据工艺要求,可以迅速实现工件的定位、夹紧等操作,而且可以在加工的过程中保持位置的准确性。对机床夹具使用过程中的问题以及设计改进思路进行分析,旨在提高机械设备生产效率。

In the mechanical manufacturing industry, the use range of the fixture is very wide, fixture and machine tool, cutting tool, workpiece and other parts constitute a process system of machinery manufacturing, according to process requirements, positioning, can quickly realize the workpiece clamping operation, and can maintain the position accuracy of the process. In this paper, the problems in the use of machine tool jig and the idea of design improvement are analyzed in order to improve the production efficiency of mechanical equipment.
