摘要
介绍了一种利用CAD软件对梯形螺纹精车刀具的各尺寸和几何参数进行建模处理,进而测绘出刀具制作过程中的工序角度,通过控制工序角度来保证梯形螺纹刀具牙形角度的工艺制作方法。
This paper introduces a kind of using CAD software to the trapezoidal thread finishing tools with various sizes and geometric parameters and process modeling, mapping out the angle of the cutter in the manufacturing process, by controlling the process to ensure the production process of trapezoidal thread tooth angle cutter.
