摘要
电机装配与运行检测实训系统主要用于电动机传动系统、控制系统及检测系统的安装调试。系统由机械部分、测量部分、控制部分、电源部分组成,其中PLC与变频器主要用来实现系统控制功能,即实现三相异步电动机恒功率运行、恒转速运行、恒转矩运行。控制程序用梯形图来编制,由启动停止、运行模式选择、制动等级选择、变频器逻辑编码、变频器频率控制、指示灯控制等部分组成。
Motor assembly and operation testing system is the installation and debugging of the motor drive system, control system and detection system. The system is made up of mechanical part, measuring part, control part and power supply part. PLC and frequency converter are mainly used to realize system control function, that is to realize three phase asynchronous motor’s constant power operation, constant speed operation and constant torque operation. The control program is programmed by ladder diagram, which is composed of start stop, operation mode selection, brake grade selection, frequency converter logic coding, frequency converter frequency control, indicator control and so on.
