摘要
对CRH380CL型动车组主断路器闭合故障原因进行分析,并寻求有效的解决方案。阐述了主断路器控制逻辑与故障诊断原理,通过故障工况统计数据分析寻找出主断路器闭合故障的发生原因。分析发现,网压异常导致主断路器断开,进而引起列车出分相区后主断路器无法自动闭合。在故障分析基础上,提出了在网络系统控制软件中加入延时和滤波处理的故障解决方案。
The reasons for the closing fault of main circuit breaker in CRH380 CL EMU are analyzed,in order to look for an effective solution. In this paper,the logic control of the main circuit breaker and diagnosis principle are expounded,the main circuit breaker closing fault is detected through the statistical data analysis. The abnormal line voltage is found to be the main reason, resulting in the main circuit breaker failure to close automatically after the train runs out of the neutral zone. On this basis,a specific scheme of adding delay and filtering in TCMS(train control and management system)software is proposed.
