摘要
动车组维护策略优化研究日益受到重视,其中故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术以及基于状态的维修是目前动车组维护策略优化的重点。分析了PHM技术的现状和发展趋势,结合技术架构对动车组车载PHM系统、车地PHM系统、地面PHM系统等技术进行分析,并对PHM系统进行验证。分析结果可为PHM技术在各类轨道交通车辆中的应用提供参考。
The optimization of maintenance strategy for highspeed EMU is attracting more and more attention,in which the failure prediction and health management technology(PHM)is the focus of the optimization. Based on the analysis of present situation and development trend of PHM,and combined with technical issues of the ob-board PHM system,vehicle/ground PHM system and ground PHM system,the whole PHM system is verified. The analytic result could provide useful references for the application of failure prediction and health management technology in different rail transit vehicles.
