摘要
植物组织培养技术是植物生物技术实验的一门基础性内容.本文根据"植物组织培养"实验课程教学的特点,结合分析以往按照学科知识体系进行的教学设计内容的不足,重新设置了该课程的实验教学内容新体系,包括基础性实验内容和综合性实验的具体项目,突出强调了学生掌握关键性实验技能——无菌操作技术的重要性和注意事项,并提出了优化实验考核体系的具体措施.教学实践表明,该教学体系和考核方法可使学生迅速有效地掌握植物组织培养技术,激发学生的科研兴趣爱好,对学生科研创新能力的培养起到了一定的作用.
Plant tissue culture technology is one of basic plant biotechnology experiment. According to the characteristics of " plant tissue culture" experimental teaching,combined with the knowledge system of the design of teaching content previously,establishing a new system of experimental teaching of the course content,including the content of basic experiment and comprehensive experiment of specific projects,highlighting the importance of mastering the key experimental skills of students-aseptic technique and proposes some concrete measures to optimize the experimental evaluation system. It has been proved by practice that the teaching practice shows that the teaching system and examination method can make students master plant tissue culture techniques effectively,as well as stimulate students' interest in scientific research,play a role in cultivating students' innovation ability of scientific research.
