摘要
为了研究供应中断风险下多周期弹性供应网络的集成优化问题,建立集成供应者选择、生产配送调度的多级供应链模型.基于供应者的供应柔性和稳定性,提出供应中断发生时的应急计划策略,开发一个两阶段、双目标混合整数规划方法.2个冲突的目标是最小化供应链成本和最大化服务水平,配送方式是每一周期生产结束,立即配送到相应的配送中心.结果表明,集成决策可以在不同目标偏好下给出有效的解决方案,成本偏好的决策倾向于选择更少的、成本更低的供应者,服务水平偏好的倾向于更多的、更稳定的供应者.以供应柔性为基础的应急计划可以在供应中断发生时提供应急策略,在维持供应成本的同时有效地改善服务水平.
A multi-echelon supply chain model integrated with supplier selection,production and distribution scheduling was anstructed for an integrated decision study of the multi-period resilient supply chain under supply disruption.Contingency planning was considered based on supplier flexibility and reliability,when supply disruption happens.A two-stage,multi-periods,bio-objective mixed integer programming approach was presented to develop a flexible sourcing strategy under disruption.The two conflicted objectives are minimization of cost and maximization of service level.Once a period of production is finished,the products are immediately delivered to the corresponding distribution center.Results show that developing contingency plans using flexibility in suppliersproduction capacity is an effective strategy for firms to mitigate the severity of disruptions.The cost-oriented portfolio is apt to select minority suppliers with lower cost,but the service-oriented supply portfolio is apt to select numerous suppliers with good stability.Contingency planning for during disruption can provide an effective contingency strategy to maintain supply chain cost and improve service level.
