摘要 传统的开关电器触头电寿命试验设备一般无法对失效原因进行全面、精确的记录,无法进行试验数据的存储和回访。为此,研制一种结合LabVIEW软件和数据采集卡等硬件的试验系统,该系统以实现电磁继电器和接触器的电寿命检测试验,同时在系统软件的控制下,自动对试验过程中失效情况进行判断和记录。该系统测量的电压、电流数据精度约为0.5%,与传统的设备相比,它能更加准确和直观地反映出试品电寿命的相关指标,为触头设计人员提供可靠的判断依据。 The traditional contact electrical endurance test equipment for switching devices generally cannot make comprehensive and accurate record of contact failure causes to carry out the test data storage and a return visit. Therefore,a test system combining with Lab VIEW software,data acquisition card and other hardware is developed in this paper. In the system,the electrical endurance detection test for electromagnetic relay and contactor is achieved. The failure conditions in the test process are automatically judged and recorded under the control of system software. The voltage and current data precision measured by the system is about 0.5%. In comparison with the traditional equipment,the system can reflect the relevant indicators of test objects′ electrical endurance more accurately and intuitively,and provide reliable judgment basis for contact design personnel.
