摘要
本文针对由45调质钢和2205不锈钢组成的抽油机油泵柱塞上罩总成结构件在使用过程中出现的过早腐蚀问题进行了研究。采用CS2305型电化学工作站,分别测得两种钢未热处理状态和热处理状态单个试样以及两者组合而成的异质结构的电化学腐蚀Tafel极化曲线,并得到不同的腐蚀速率。经对比后表明,2205双相不锈钢进行适当的固溶处理后与45钢组成异质结构,能获得较高的耐腐蚀性。
In this paper, the premature corrosion problems occurred during the use of the assembly structural parts of pump sucker piston cover which made of 45 quenched and tempered steel and stainless steel 2205 stainless steel were studied. The electrochemical corrosion Tafel polarization curves of two kinds of steel without heat treatment state and heat treatment state single sample and their combination were measured by CS2305 electrochemical workstation. Different corrosion rates were obtained and compared. The results show that 2205 duplex stainless steel can be made up of 45 steel after proper solution treatment and can obtain high corrosion resistance.
