油田金属管道和容器腐蚀分析及对策

随着社会经济不断发展,我国石油化工行业发展迅速,相应带动了油田企业的快速发展,无论是企业规模还是油田开采能力,均得到了长足的发展和提高,对于油田管道运行安全性和稳定性,提出了更高的标准要求。油田金属管道和相关容器设备,是油田企业生产装置的重要基础组成,维持管道和容器的运行安全和稳定,对于提高装置整体的运行质量和企业经营业绩,具有重要的现实意义。但在油田金属管道及相关容器的使用过程中,不可避免地受到多方面因素影响,造成管道腐蚀和容器腐蚀问题,威胁管道和容器的使用安全。笔者即从油田金属管道入手,就造成金属管道和容器腐蚀的问题成因和管道腐蚀处理对策,发表几点看法,以供相关企业参考。
