On Legal Problems of Green Bonds Market Supervision under the Background of Supply-side Reform

发行绿色债券可以改善绿色企业融资难的困境,同时可以扩展金融业务,满足绿色投资的时代需求。但是国内的绿色债券市场刚刚起步,市场监管存在法律体系不健全、绿色认证缺失和信息披露不全面等问题。为了解决这些问题,响应绿色发展的理念,我国应完善绿色债券市场监管法律体系,规范绿色债券的认证体系监管,加强对绿色债券市场信息披露的监管,为绿色债券市场的发展保驾护航。

The issue of green bonds can improve the financing difficulty of green enterprises and expand the financial business to meet the needs of the era of green investment.But the domestic green bond market has just started,and the market supervision has problems such as incomplete legal system,lack of green certification and incomplete information disclosure.In order to solve these problems,the concept of green development response,our country should improve the green bonds market supervision legal system,standardize green bonds certification system regulation,to strengthen the regulation of green securities market information disclosure,the escort for the green of the bond market development.
