药品集中采购是国际通行的做法,在实践中呈现出多种多样的模式,如第三方集团采购模式、医疗机构联盟采购模式、政府直接采购模式,各有优缺点。针对我国目前药品集中采购过程存在的问题,提出完善的建议。

Drugs centralized procurement is a common practice in the world, showing a variety of patterns in practice, such as the third party group procurement mode, medical organization alliance procurement model, government procurement mode. Each model has advantages and disadvantages. In viewof the problems existing in current centralized drug procurement process, some suggestions have been proposed.
