Study on the threshold of willingness to pay among end-stage patients in pharmacoeconomic evaluation

近年来,国际上针对处于生命终末期的患者,当治疗药物以质量调整生命年作为健康产出,按照常规意愿支付阈值被判断为不具有经济性时,开始探讨采用不同的意愿支付阈值进行经济性分析。本文在质量调整生命年理论背景下,围绕生命终末期患者的意愿支付阈值,以英国和美国为例,对国际现状进行分析和探讨,以期为我国医疗卫生决策提供参考。

In recent years, for patients at the end of life in international, when quality adjusted life year was set as a health output of the therapeutic drugs, according to the conventional willingness to pay threshold is judged to be uneconomical, it is necessary to explore using different willingness to pay threshold for economic analysis. Under the background of quality-adjusted life year theory, this paper analyzed the current international situation with the examples of the United Kingdom and the United States, focusing on the threshold of willingness to pay for end-stage patients, which aimed to provide reference for China＇s medical and health decisions.
