摘要
磁目标定位技术早已用于舰船、飞机定位中,近几年也用于钻井工程中。为了提高矿产资源及煤层气开采效率,国内外正推广定向对接连通技术,即实现定向水平井与常规直井钻井连通。为保证连通成功率,国内外都非常重视定向对接精度。但受仪器测量原理的影响,即使目前精度较高的测量仪,如井斜角为±0.1°、方位角为±0.1°时,也存在不小的误差。因此,提出了磁目标定位技术在钻井对接连通中的应用研究。通过对钻井磁目标定位原理的研究,成功研制钻井磁目标定位技术,并已在某矿对接井得到充分应用。应用结果表明,该技术可使定向钻井中靶控制在±0.5 m以内。
The magnetic ranging technique has been used in tracking of ships and planes long before,but recently its application was extended to well drilling. In order to increase recovery of mineral resources and CBM,and intersected wells were introduced abroad and at home,where a directional well was connected with a vertical well. To ensure connection,focus was put on the research on the inclination measurement tools. Influenced by the measurement theory of the tools,the best tools available will produce inclination error at ± 0. 1°,azimuth error at ± 0. 1°. As a result,it was proposed to adopt the magnetic ranging technique to drilling of intersected wells. The magnetic ranging technique has been developed through research on the magnetic ranging theory,and has been applied to drilling of intersected wells in a mine,and the results demonstrated that it can control the targeting accuracy within ± 0. 5 m.
