Review of the rural function in its original sense——Case study of practical exploration in Zhejiang

乡村本源意义上的功能,包括"自然"的生产功能、"回归"的生活功能、"平衡"的生态功能、"寻根"的生命功能,在工业化、城市化快速发展过程中,仍然是不可或缺、不可替代的,进入中国特色社会主义新时代后,也不可置否、不可忽视。改革开放40年来,乡村建设与周边环境相互作用所积累的"态",奠定了当今乡村功能变化能力的"势",浙江乡村发展态势有喜有忧,需要客观看待、辩证分析,实施乡村振兴战略要多管齐下、综合施策。

The rural function in its original sense consists of ＂ natural＂ production function, ＂ regressive＂ living function, ＂balancedHecological function and ＂root-oriented＂ life function. This rural function is still not dispensable or replaceable in the process of rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, nor is it deniable or negligible in the new era of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Since 40 years of reform and opening-up, rural construction has interacted with the surroundings and led to a ＂quantitative change＂ in the countryside, bringing about a ＂qualitative change＂ in the rural functional capacity today. The rural development situation in Zhejiang which is both gratifying and worr^^ing needs to be viewed objectively and analyzed dialectically and comprehensive measures ought to be adopted on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
