闽台高等教育的资源互补是闽台高等教育发展到一定阶段的产物,也是遵循教育内外部规律发展的过程。闽台在院校合作、人才联培、师资引育等方面取得了实质性进展,但同时也面临着行政干预与市场、高校发展的矛盾,保障机制缺乏与提高质量,合作亟待深入与可持续发展等困境。未来闽台高等教育资源互补可通过双方协同、共建闽台合作办学质量保障体系以及推进闽台高教合作朝纵深方向发展等,来实现行政、市场和大学的共赢。

The complementation of higher education resources between Fujian and Taiwan is the product of development to a certain stage, and which is also the process of follow-ing the development process of education internal and external laws of education. Lp to now, the two sides have made substantial progress in the fields of institutional cooperation, personnel training and teacher education. But it also faces the contradiction among government, market and universities . There are also lacks of the guarantee mechanism, quality of cooperation and sustainable development. Therefore, the complementation of higher education resources between Fujian and Taiwan must be achieved through synergistic co-construction , perfecting the quality assurance system and broadening the depth and breadth of cooperation to achieve win-win outcomes for governments, markets and universities in the future .
