论社会主义核心价值观对跨越“中等收入陷阱”的引导

On the guidance of the socialist core values to cross the "middle income trap"

随着我国进入中国特色社会主义新时代,各种矛盾相互交织,我国全面建成小康社会和全面实现社会主义现代化的目标正面临着"中等收入陷阱"的挑战。在分析"中等收入陷阱"的问题与危害的基础上,探索社会主义核心价值观对跨越"中等收入陷阱"的引导功能,提出要坚持可持续发展的价值理念、坚持公平公正的价值取向、坚持正确的价值导向、坚持执政为民的价值目标等四维路径。

With China entry into the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics , all kinds of contradictions are intertwined .The goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizing socialist modernization in an all round way in China are facing the challenge of ＂middle income trap ＂. Based on the analysis of the problems and harems of ＂middle income trap ＂ , the guiding function of the socialist core values to across the ＂middle income trap ＂ is explored. Four dimensional paths are proposed to adhere to the value concept of sustainable development, fair value orientation , correct value orientation , and the value goal of gover-ning for the people.
