面向任务的舰炮制导弹药测试性指标确定方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对国内目前在确定舰炮制导弹药测试性指标方面缺乏科学合理的理论和方法的问题,提出了确定舰炮制导弹药测试性指标的方法。该方法结合舰炮制导弹药结构和使用特点,在测试需求和任务划分的基础上,建立测试性指标之间的定量关系;通过权衡分析,确定了各测试性指标的范围。计算结果表明,制导弹药需要较高的战备贮存,以弥补维修能力的不足;确定适当的检测周期能很好地保证其贮存阶段稳态可用度;制导弹药在舰艇携行阶段,为满足任务成功率,有最大携行周期,在最大携行周期内进行周期检测是有必要的。 Aiming at the lacking of theory and method in determining the testability indexes of guided munition for naval guns,a method of determine the testability index of guided munition for naval guns was proposed in this paper,which Combined with the structure and using traits of guided munition for naval guns,and on the basis of the testability requirements and task partition,respectively establish the relevance between the testability indexes.By the balance analysis,the range of testability index above was confirmed.The calculated results showed that guided munitions needed high combat readiness storage,to make up for the lack of maintenance;Determining the appropriate test cycle was a good guarantee for the steady-state availability of the stored phase;When the guided munitions was carried on the ship,there was a maximum carrying cycle to meet the task success rate,and it was necessary to carry out perodic testing in maximum carrying cycle.
