Sampling Strategies for Equipment Reliability Statistics

针对抽样方案制定存在的模糊认识和错误做法,对统计抽样的抽检特性进行了理论分析,引入了弃真域和纳伪域的概念,在对两种典型抽样体系的抽检特性进行对比的基础上,提出了两种体系转换和抽样方案确定的方法,并系统总结出科学的抽样策略。

Aiming at the blurry awareness and wrong ways during establishing a sampling plan,this paper theoretically analyzed sampling inspection characteristic of statistical sampling,introduces concepts about the discarding-ture-field and accepting-false-field,based on sampling inspection characteristic comparisons between two typical sampling systems,provided methods for determining transitions and sampling plans for the two systems,therefore systematically summarizes a more scientific sampling strategy.
