联合与重构:社区基金会发展路径的个案研究--一个资源依赖的分析视角

Coalition and Re-construction: A Case Study of Development Path on Community Foundation--The Perspective of Resource Dependence Theory

社区基金会在激活社会服务资本,整合社会资源,满足民众需求,解决社会问题方面具有积极作用。但是受资源环境的影响,社区基金会为实现以上功能会选择不同的发展路径,其背后的行动逻辑很少有研究涉及。文章在资源依赖理论视角下,选择上海Y社区公益基金会为研究案例,通过从社区基金会发展的外部联合与内部重构两个方面,对基金会的依赖关系进行分析,讨论基金会发展路径选择的内在动因。研究发现,受组织环境的影响,社区基金会被迫通过情感化的关系认知与接纳、资源获取的理性抉择、利益共识的达成这些策略为争取组织资源而努力。同时,为了应对外界环境带来的挑战,社区基金会也会主动通过结构调整、开拓多样化的资源渠道、政治的妥协与倒逼对环境产生影响,并间接地创造着基金会的发展环境,以提高自身改造环境的能力。

The community foundation has positive impact on activating and building social capital,integrating community resources,meeting some vulnerable groups＇ demand,and responding to local problems. However,influenced by resources and environment,community foundations to achieve the above functions will choose a different path of development,of which the action logic behind is rarely involved. Based on the resource dependence theory,a case study is conducted by analyzing the ex-ternal coalition and internal reconstruction of the community foundation. The objective of this study is to find potential action reason for the path selection of the community foundation. Results indicate that influenced by the organizational environment,the community foundation is forced to adopt emotional relationships,cognitive choices and resource acquisitions and consensusbuilding strategies. Meanwhile,the community foundation will adjust the interior structure,diversify the financing channels,resort to political compromise to influence and change the environment for increasing the developing potential of the community foundation.
