摘要
抗日战争胜利之后,南京国民政府为了解决战后教育复兴和师资缺口巨大之间的矛盾,制定了一系列政策以促进中国中等师范教育和高等师范教育的发展。这些政策虽然短期成效显著,但是缺乏长远规划,加之国民政府腐败独裁,很多沦为一纸空文。随着全面内战的爆发,师范教育再次陷入了绝境之中。透过《申报》对这一时期中国师范教育的集中报道,可以总结其发展的历史经验,汲取曲折变动中的历史教训,从而为今天师范教育的发展提供借鉴。
After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan,Nanjing National Government made a series of policies to promote the development of China's secondary and higher normal education to balance the situation of education recovery and the serious teachers' shortage. Even though those policies were effective in the short period,many of them failed to be carried out because of the lack of long-term planning and Nanjing National Government's corruption and dictatorship. With the outbreak of a comprehensive civil war,Chinese normal education is showing a decline to the tortuous course of development. Through Shen Bao's centralized reports on normal education in China during this period,we can sum up the law of the development of normal education and learn a historical lesson from the social change to offer references to the development of normal education today.
