摘要
针对沿岸及海岛礁控制测量作业现状,结合GNSS接收机等测量仪器在海洋控制测量实际生产中的应用,分析了受海洋观测环境以及仪器自身原因等内外部因素影响产生的各种误差。提出了一些提高测量定位精度方法,探讨了适用于海洋控制测量成果的质量控制和检验指标,制定了涵盖海洋控制测量的造标埋石、数据采集、处理、验收等全过程的质量检验方案。
This paper analyzes the actuality of coastwise and island hydrographic control surveying.Then based the application of surveying apparatus in reality product, such as GNSS receivers, a kind of errors that produced by hydrographic environment and the apparatus are analyzed. Some methods are proposed to improve positioning accuracy.The paper also explores the quality control and determination quota applied to hydrographic control surveying product,and sets up a plan for making control point,data collecting,data processing and checking.
